“Hey there this is River with the City of center Texas animal control, we have dogs that need a rescue ASAP they have until Monday to find a place to go before they are euthanized. We are a very small facility of only six kennels therefore we can only hold the dogs for a maximum of three days. There end date was supposed to be today but we convinced the higher ups to give them some more time🙏”

This Boxer mix wandered into a neighborhood today in very poor condition. She is incredibly friendly, walked right up to a Good Samaritan, and was ready to jump in the car and go home. If anyone can FOSTER or ADOPT, PAWSITIVE PLACE RESCUE WILL HELP WITH VETTING! We just need someone willing to give her a safe place to stay. We**ie dogs, wagging tails and a good cause: Tyler’s Hot Dog Day race draws a crowd It was National Hot Dog Day, and Tyler’s dog lovers showed up in force. More than 90 dogs packed the parking lot at Bubba’s 33 for a dachshund race that doubled as an adoption event benefiting local animal rescue organizations.

Today was the best kind of day—Krissy found her forever home! It was truly love at first sight, with big smiles all around from the moment they met. 🥹💕

This sweet girl is heading to a home where she’ll have plenty of room to run, play, and enjoy life exactly as every dog deserves. Best of all, we already know she’s going to be SO spoiled! ❤️

Congratulations, Krissy! We couldn’t be happier for you. Wishing you a lifetime of love, adventures, and endless belly rubs. 🐶🏡

Last night, Pawsitive Place Rescue had the pleasure of attending the We**ie Dog Races at Bubba's 33, and we couldn't be more grateful for the invitation!

Thank you to Bubba's 33 for supporting local rescues and providing a fun event for families, dog lovers, and the community. We loved meeting everyone who came by to visit our adoptable pups and learn more about our rescue.

To everyone who stopped to say hello, took photos, donated, shared kind words, or cheered on the racers - THANK YOU! Your support helps us continue giving homeless pets a second chance.

We hope everyone had as much fun as we did, and we can't wait to see you at the next event!

Sweet Girl is an energetic, affectionate companion ready for an active family with plenty of room to run. Found abandoned on a busy highway suffering from demodex mange, fleas, and ticks, she received immediate veterinary care and is now thriving in a foster home. This photogenic pup is an absolute rockstar who even aced a recent TV appearance! Deeply loving and loyal, she craves companionship, loves being right by your side, and is always up for a car ride. Outdoors is her happy place, whether she is chasing tennis balls, chewing her bones, or just being included in whatever you do.

We are in urgent need of a few everyday essentials that keep our dogs clean, safe, comfortable, and happy. Right now we are running low on disinfecting wipes, paper towels, laundry detergent, and empty cat litter buckets (or any buckets with lids). We are also desperately in need of Hill’s Science Diet dog food, Advantage flea & tick prevention, doggie clothes, outdoor elevated dog beds/cots, and sturdy, indestructible kennels.

We’ve attached photos of many of the supplies we’re looking for to make shopping a little easier! If you have any of these items you can donate or would be willing to grab an extra on your next store run, we would be so very grateful.
