Three years of dancing with these ladies (and a lot more - you know who you are 😉) came to an end last night 😭

I’m so grateful for the past three years with them. This was so much more than just another fitness class. These ladies became family. We danced, sweated, cried, listened, encouraged and laughed (a lot 😂) with one another. When one was gone, the rest always asked if they were okay. We’ve all been through a lot these past three years and I’m so thankful we were able to do it all together ❤️

Thank you for giving this Nebraska girl another place to call home. You’ll always be a part of my Texas family ❤️

It has been too long since our last class together! I hope everyone is doing well. ❤️Baby William and I have been enjoying lots of snuggles together while momma rests and heals. But I also can’t stop thinking about y’all and getting to workout together again 🎉
