🤣It’s accurate right?! Did you guys know that “normal” lab ranges are actually not what you should be going for? 🤯Those normal lab ranges are comprised of averages of people who get their labs done. And people who get their labs done tend to have things going wrong and are not feeling their best. ✅You want to shoot for “optimal ranges” which are typically the top half or third of the “normal” ranges. 👉🏼I want to know… has this ever happened to you?
