Fast Food. How bad does it get?
According to results of a study published in clinical gastroenterology and hepatology 52% of adults consume fast food and 29% derive at least 20% of their daily calories from the same. Eating 1/5 of total daily calories from fast food is associated with higher amounts of fat in the liver.
