Meet-----
Makayla, Savon, and baby Sawyer

They are new to Texas as of July 2025, and so far love it.
Savon and Makayla were both born and raised in South Dakota but needed a change and Texas was it. They have been living in Lavender place since January 2026. Makayla and Savon knew each other all through middle school and high school had crossed paths many times. They finally started talking in 2024 and have been inseparable since. They had a handsome and sweet son Sawyer in May 2026. They are so thankful and happy to be apart of the community and excited to see where Texas takes them!

RESIDENT SPOTLIGHT

Say Hi to Robert Reel a native Texas part of our Lavender Place Community.
He is a cherished RV resident with a pup named Olivia. She is a Shepard mix and loves everybody, and everybody loves her.
Robert was a land surveyor since he graduated HS. He spent most of his life traveling and loved to bowl and shoot pool with his mom, family, and friends. He is known for his BBQ and loves to cook for others. He is a big supporter of our military and is a wonderful neighbor to have. He says he loves the RV life and enjoys spending time with his friends.

Update: water is now back up & running.

There is a septic tank being installed that unfortunately affected the main water line.
The repair and install should be completed today.
We will update you when they update us on the repairs.

Update:!!!! Internet is up & running!! All have a Good Weekend!!

5-8-26 Friday... Optimum is onsight to repair the line, they have been at Lavender Place for awhile to do their job.. repair the lines.. there is no definite time yet... They are working hard to get it up & on again.

Update... Unfortunately with the construction crew working at the beginning of the property, the cable line was cut. We have been in contact with the provider, a service order has been submitted for the repair. They are looking at 24 hours to have it repaired.

Notices were passed out Tuesday May 5, entry/exit to Lavender Place will be closed 8am-10am this morning, Thursday May 7.
This is a reminder for residents. Road will re-open at 10am.

Hi Residents this is a reminder that fencing is not allowed. This includes kennels and temporary fencing.
If anyone has questions contact us directly.
There have been multiple complaints about dogs left unattended. They were also many without water.

There is a power outage due to the storm. Oncor has been notified. Everyone stay safe.
