So here we go. A new roof install.

There are 4 layers of felt. The previous contractors never looked at the deck.

Our client reached to us for a flat roof leak issue. One of those “Project Number” companies came out last year and installed the roofing system. They improperly installed the flashing around the perimeter areas resulting in ponding on the roof. We inspected all the slope sections as well and were amazed at just how bad some roofing contractors can be.

This flat roof is now secured.
