The Sumo Deadlift High Pull Points of Performance 🏋️

-Wide stance with toes slightly turned out and hands inside the knees
-Set your back and brace with chest up and shoulders over the bar
-Drive through the floor using the legs to start the movement
-Keep the bar close
-Lead with the elbows high and outside after the hips extend
-Finish tall with hips and knees fully extended before returning the bar to the floor
