Monday motivation! Happy New Year to everyone! Today marks the first Monday of the year. New beginnings, new goals, new adventures. I look at the New Year as an opportunity do better than I did before. Ask my kids about the 1 percent rule! Kayla always worked hard. These pictures are from a triathlon she participated in. Was it hard.....yes.....did she keep going....yes....did she finish....yes......she did better than the day before....this is what we have instilled in our kids. Some days are more successful than others but give yourself grace and do better the next time.
