Summer is heating up—and so is our call volume. 🔥

June brought 41 calls for service across our district, along with several opportunities to both provide and receive mutual aid. As we move deeper into the hottest, driest months of the year, we encourage everyone to do their part to help prevent fires and heat-related emergencies.

Along with the calls reflected in these numbers, our members spent countless hours training, sharpening their skills, maintaining equipment, and preparing for whatever comes next.

We’re grateful for the strong partnerships we share with neighboring agencies and the teamwork that helps keep our communities protected. 🤝

Big congratulations to Jose Andres Ramos Lemus, Lukas Garza, and William Avalos on successfully completing the South County Fire Academy this weekend!

Graduating the academy is no small accomplishment. It takes discipline, long hours, teamwork, and a willingness to push through challenges most people never see. We’re proud of the hard work these three put in to reach this milestone and excited to see them continue their fire service journey here at Turlock Rural Fire.
