Has the Stay-At-Home order messed up your sleep schedule? Here is some important information for bedtime.
Don't go to bed unless you're tired enough to sleep. The longer you lie in bed, the less you sleep.
Researchers asked over 500 people to keep sleep diaries. Approximately 20% of the participants had a bout of insomnia a few times over the course of a year.
After researchers analyzed the data, they found an interesting pattern among those who struggled to sleep: These people actually spent most time in bed! They tended to go to bed earlier, sleep in later and take naps during the day in an attempt to catch up lost sleep. Those who got up instead of lying in bed, recovered from insomnia faster and got back to their regular schedule.
In other words, if you find yourself awake, don't toss and turn and watch the clock. Get up, read in the family room, and only go back to bed when you can't keep your eyes open anymore.

No wipes? Try bleach and water. It's not hard to make your own disinfectant. Berriel-Cass recommends combining 1/3 cup of bleach with a gallon of water to create your solution. After disinfecting, rinse the surface with water to get rid of chemicals. Remember to wear gloves.
