Join us for a special Full Moon Flow with Hayley as we move with intention and embrace the powerful energy of the full moon. This all-levels class is designed to help you release what no longer serves you, restore balance, and leave feeling grounded, refreshed, and renewed.

Join us as we celebrate 18 incredible years at I AM YOGA Wellness Studio. This milestone is a reflection of the amazing community that has supported us through the years, and we would love for you to celebrate with us.

As a thank-you for being part of our journey, enjoy complimentary yoga classes with Anna, lunch provided by Taquiza Rafa Tacos, dessert from Cold Stone Creamery, local vendors, and a book signing with fellow member and author Margo Souza.
