Power Bowl.
Ingredients.
2 tbsp. Chia seeds
2 tbsp. H**p hearts
1 tbsp. Flax meal
1 tbsp. Psyllium husk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Cinnamon
Cardamom
Pinch of sea salt
3/4 c. Almond, Coconut milk
Method.
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan.
Mix well, cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Pour into a bowl, top with:
Raspberries
Kiwi
Almond butter
Pumpkin seeds
