Happy February Darlings!

A few updates:

First, unfortunately my loyalty program is coming to an end. I will still honor all of your points that are current & saved. You can use them however you like but you cannot earn them moving forward. The subscription price for the loyalty program has raised, and the amount of visits I have a month do not compensate evenly.

I will be doing monthly promos and I will always have birthday/ referral discounts for you guys to make up for it.

Second, I have updated my cancellation policy. I previously had 50% charge of the scheduled service for same day cancellations and 100% charge of scheduled service for no contact/ no show appointments. I was also very lenient with this policy but I’ve decided to change it. Moving forward, cancellation policy is 50% charge of the scheduled service for same day cancellations. All no contact/ no show appointments are charged a 50% non refundable charge of the scheduled service.
This is more forgiving and fair for both parties and I will be enforcing this more. I do not believe in accepting deposits, and I have no way to accept them. Things happen and I understand. If it’s same day cancellations and you reschedule then I will apply 50% to your rescheduled appointment.

Third, I currently have a Valentine Dew Facial treatment (Dermaplaning) for $50.00 and a package of 3 treatments for $150.00
This will be a running promo and I will update you when it’s no longer available.
