At CARES Health, you can get tested and, if needed, receive treatment all in one place. With on-site labs, an HCV specialist, pharmacy, and case management, our team is here to help you navigate every step of your care.
Appointments are preferred, but walk-in testing is available from 8:30AM-4PM.

This role plays a crucial role in facilitating and coordinating comprehensive care services for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. This position assesses clients for biopsychosocial care needs; refers, advocates, coordinates, and monitors client needs in order to improve a client’s retention in care, other health and social outcomes, and client quality of life.
