Pleased to announce that in May, Gig Harbor Court's new Memory Care Wing is now open. Welltower REIT and Pegasus Senior Living engaged Leading Light to expand their community by adding a wing. After reviewing the Market Study, Leading Light proposed renovating an existing wing of AL apartments so that the community responds to the market. This revision saved the partnership over $2M! We completed the project on time and under budget. It was an honor and pleasure to work with such a professional team, including Welltower REIT, Pegasus Senior Living, Wattenbarger Architects, Contour Engineering and Careage Construction.
