TDA would like to shine a light on another past successful project that we were pleased to be apart of. "Ymca Lofts" This renovated development was the former YMCA that was converted into 82 Lofts with garage parking, as well as mixed-use space. This development is located on 515 S. Denver Ave., and was completed in 2015.

Highlighting another past successful project that we were excited to be apart of "The Mayo Hotel" This historic hotel was built in 1925 and was known for its prestige guests. This vintage development was renovated and beautifully redesigned in 2009. It has 18 floors which includes 102 guest rooms and suites, as well as 76 upscale luxury residences. It was also listed in the National Register for Historic Places in 1980.
