EVERYONE needs to hear me when I say this. Your body is something to be celebrated NOT justified. You don’t have to give excuses on why you aren’t feeling as good in your skin. S**t happens, heck LIFE happens and sometimes we don’t feel 100% but your body is beautiful no matter the shape and size. So the next time you feel the need to justify it with an excuse, stop yourself and try to think of all the amazing ways your body showed up for you recently. Maybe it was carrying your 1 year old twins on your hip through the zoo, lifting those file boxes over your head when you were organizing your office, picking up your 80 lb lab because he was too tired to get upstairs. Other people shouldn’t control how you see yourself. You are BEAUTIFUL and STRONG no matter the phase of your life and it’s time to celebrate that.
