Tulsa Educare MacArthur families came together for PreK Day to celebrate all the amazing things their children have learned and accomplished during their time with us. From making friends to building important school-readiness skills, these children have come so far—and we’re confident they're ready for their next big adventure starting PreK in public school this fall! ❤️

PreK Day was all about celebrating each child’s growth, sharing special family time, and enjoying an indoor picnic together. We’ll cherish the time we have left with these amazing children and families before sending them off with a fond farewell and our best wishes for a bright future ahead. PreK, here they come! ❤️📚

📚 Building Literacy Together 📚
There’s something magical about sharing a story! Families at Tulsa Educare Kendall-Whittier came together to share the joy of books, storytelling, and learning.

Storytelling and reading are important ways young children build language and literacy skills, understand feelings, grow imagination, develop attention, and build empathy as they connect with characters and explore different perspectives.

During the event, families read books alongside our staff, learned about summer literacy resources, and received a book to grow their home libraries. By making reading and storytelling part of everyday routines, families can help nurture a lifelong love of learning and literacy.

Thank you to all the families who joined us as we celebrated the joy of connecting with books and storytelling!

Get ready to cruise into summer at our 4th Annual Summer Bash—a fun time for ALL families in our community with young children—hosted by Early Learning Works by Tulsa Educare.
Mark your calendars for this free, family-friendly event with DJ music and dancing, face painting, balloon animals, bubbles, chalk, food trucks, and more!
