🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️💼 PSA: If you get a DUI (please don’t drive intoxicated, but if) and hire an attorney who will only handle the criminal case, but not the driver’s license issues, you hired a criminal attorney, not a DUI attorney (and not a very good one who is even aware of potential malpractice issues).

We get at least a call a week from someone who already has a “DUI attorney” but needs help with the driver’s license issues because “he doesn’t handle that”.

Please run as fast as you can from these terrible lawyers. If they don’t understand how to save a license on the civil administrative side, then they also don’t understand the nuance of DUI law altogether.
