Salina enjoys building strong relationships and creating efficient processes that drive success for our clients and team. With a dual background in business development/account management, she is committed to creating a positive, informative and seamless experience as clients partner with our team to achieve their goals.

Outside the office, Salina loves spending time with her partner Travis, two dogs, Ferguson and Franklin Bean and a broad circle of friends and family. She is passionate about supporting people in her community who strive to make positive impacts. Salina enjoys unplugging—working on her golf game and cooking great food to stay grounded so she can be a dedicated teammate, friend, mother, and partner.

Meet Rebekah, one of our incredible Recruiting Managers! She leads the Data & Engineering Pod, specializing in Business Analyst, Project Management, Engineering, and Data-centered roles. Since joining OakTree in 2021 as a Recruiting Specialist, Rebekah has swiftly advanced through the ranks, driven by her expertise and dedication. Now leading a specialized team of recruiters, she’s focused on identifying top talent and delivering smooth, successful placements for our esteemed partners. Outside of OakTree, you can find Rebekah shopping, traveling or spending time with her Frenchie, Paris!
