This weekend in Austin, our lead team attended The FiLL with Qnity, where we dove deep into financial literacy, leadership, salon growth, culture, conflict resolution, and the four personality archetypes that shape how we lead and communicate.

One of the biggest reminders?
Great salons are not built by accident. They’re built by leaders who are willing to keep learning, growing, and challenging themselves.
