Things I somehow did in ONE month. Why?
Because I’m a full-time creative entrepreneur… and apparently “yes” is both a blessing and a personality trait.
This month: co-staring in a short film, singing at the Church Studio, performing with Signature Symphony and a 12-piece orchestra, coaching clients, leading workshops, emceeing meaningful events, filming spokesperson spots- plus booking a gig for a new brand in another state, producing Behind the Scenes Oklahoma, and helping people tell their stories.
To all the artists and creatives out there building the plane while flying it: keep going. The hustle is real, but so is the joy of creating a life around what you love.
My candle’s down to its last half inch, so I’m taking a little pause to rest, refill, and come back inspired for the next round.

Not all communicators are the same and science backs that up. 🧠
The 4 introvert types in this carousel come from psychologist Jonathan Cheek’s STAR model (Social, Thinking, Anxious, Restrained) — one of the most nuanced frameworks for understanding how introversion actually shows up in real life.
The 3 extrovert types come from the Big Five personality model’s extraversion facets — the same research used by psychologists worldwide.
And yes, if you can believe it, I’m a Social Introvert. I know, I know. The performer who’d rather be home by 9. But that’s exactly why this stuff matters. You can be great with people AND need serious alone time to recover.
Those things aren’t contradictions — they’re just you. And yes you are wired right!!
