My name is Jeremy, and I am the owner of a growing digital marketing agency here in the Tulsa area. We are looking to hire someone that wants to learn cutting-edge marketing and increase their skills. We train team members and provide opportunities to grow into department managers.

The web design position involves (we train):

Setting up staging for website creation
Building Websites
Creating landing pages
Website copywriting for website or articles
Team communication
Communicating clearly with clients
Graphic design

Skills

Experience in web design and content production is a plus
Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or any graphic design app
Experience in copywriting and editing is a big plus
Understanding of project management principles
Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is a plus
Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Critical thinking and creativity are necessary to build amazing websites.

The role doesn't include just a single project at a time, so keeping up with multiple video meetings, requests, and information is vital.

Excellence in every task assigned, attention to detail, and providing support for the clients are central pillars of the position. Skills necessary include good communication skills, being "tech-savvy," hungry to learn, and ready to get multiple assignments done throughout the week.

The Web Content Writer involves (we train):
Writing copy for websites
Creating content optimized for search engines
Writing with conversion optimization techniques
Persuasive sales copywriting
Team communication

Skills

We are looking to hire a part-time web and graphic designer to our team. This job will become full-time once you have integrated into the team. You will be working closely with us learning from an experienced team of designers.

We will provide in house training but knowledge of basic photoshop, adobe products, CSS, HTML and Wordpress is a big plus BUT NOT REQUIRED.
