Body Holiday
Today we experience the FREEDOM OF FLOW as we string together poses we practice into a flow series. Like breath patterns, our movement patterns are below the level of consciousness and awakening them uses a different part of our brain. We get to reveal our body’s movement knowledge. See you at 4 and 6pm.

See you this week, Tuesday at 4 and 6pm and RECESS+ afterschool Wednesday! Join us as we practice yoga for the spine, improving flexibility, relieving pain and strengthening core muscles. And as always, moving with the breath.

Breath will be our focus for the next few weeks, as we move through the holiday season. We will learn 2-3 breaths that can be used when anxious or stressed, as well as opening up the upper body to increase oxygen. Breath is a marvelous way to strengthen the upper body and core muscles.
