Donate to PCTA Year End Campaign The Great American Outdoors Act was passed in June 2020. This legislation provides full funding of the Land and Water Conservation Fund and funding for deferred maintenance. PCTA will receive $4.4 million of that funding from the USFS to tackle a backlog of maintenance along the trail.
