Missionary Soup Recipe

1. 4 onions, chopped, or 12 chopped, sauteed scallions

2. 2 tablespoons finely-ground oregano

3. 3 pounds sorghum

4. 3 de-boned missionaries (remove all innards except livers, kidneys, sweetbreads, hearts and eyeballs)

5. Save remaining bones for later soup stock.

7. Add salt and pepper (to taste)

Cook in large pot, over medium fire, until tender and meat separates easily.

Serves 250 starving villagers.
