🌟 Employee Benefit Spotlight: Day of Service 🌟

Giving back is part of who we are at CommunityCare, and our Day of Service benefit makes it even easier to make an impact.

Employees can volunteer with more than 40 CommunityCare-approved organizations, from food banks and animal shelters to senior centers, museums, and many more causes that strengthen our communities.

As part of this benefit, employees who complete volunteer service with an approved charity are granted a Volunteer Floating Holiday time that can be used at any point during the year.

Whether you're passionate about helping families, caring for animals, fighting hunger, supporting seniors, or preserving local culture, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved while making a difference.

A few simple precautions can help keep you safe while enjoying the outdoors:
• Wear closed-toe shoes and long pants in tall grass or wooded areas
• Use insect repellent and check for ticks after being outside
• Avoid reaching into brush, rocks, or wood piles where snakes may hide
• Keep yards and outdoor spaces clean to reduce unwanted pests
• Stay alert on trails and around water
