Hey guys!! 🙃 Let's talk about Ductless Air Units!!

As many may know, America has been behind in many things. One of the major issues is infrastructure. Our roads are rotting away, our education is behind, and getting a house is now beyond imagination. That's a conversation for another time though 😭

If you have ever been overseas, you probably have noticed 1 of 2 things, that the food is amazing and that the A/C has a remote to control it. 🤣 One of the major systems on any property is the A/C unit (AKA System). Most of our systems are out of date and costing us hundreds EACH MONTH.

But there is another system that can replace that old HVAC. It requires significantly less maintenance, saves you thousands of dollars each year, and conserves energy. That system is a ductless air unit.

What I love about these systems is that you can have one in every room and have separate temperatures in each room. Everyone in my family prefers it to be a separate temperature. We'll always fight over the thermostat. With this, everyone is happy and no one is constantly hot or cold.

It doesn't take that much to get started either. You can get one of them for as little as $600 on Amazon. I've also seen multipacks of 6 cost on the low end of $7k. Now some of you may be thinking, that is not cheap AT...ALL!! But, in the long run, you'll get that money back in the form of savings.

Hey guys!! 🙃 let's Talk Solar Lights !!

My family has recently noticed how dark it is around our house at night. It made us really uncomfortable. We have all been there when you're trying to get inside your house. However, somehow your key just can't unlock your door fast enough and the corner around your house is way too dark.

Been there, done that!! 🤣

The most affordable way to fix this problem is to install solar disk lights. This not only takes about 5 minutes to install but also adds style to your property and separates your house from your neighbors, adding curb appeal.

I found a couple of options for people who want something a bit more practical and an option for people who want a bit more character.

I personally use these LED SOLAR DISK LIGHTS from Sam's Club. I love how versatile they are. They come with their own panels that you can stick to the ground. But you could very much keep them as they are in the box and place them ANYWHERE.

I found these other solar lights on Amazon that I love so much. Although they are expensive, I recommend going for them if you have the budget for them. They are less versatile than the solar disk but they definitely add character and would be a great addition to both modern and traditional homes.
