I recently took a makeup class at Jung Saem Mool in Korea and picked up a few simple techniques that made my base makeup look more natural and seamless.

🤍 Tap your cushion foundation on the cap first to control the amount of product. Then, tap the foundation in the middle of your face.

🤍 Glide foundation along the sides of the nose for better coverage.

🤍 Blend foundation outward along the sides of the face to create a more dimensional look.

🤍 Apply liquid or cream blush before setting your makeup.

🤍 Set the face with loose powder, but leave the blush area untouched to maintain a natural glow. (If you’re using powder blush, apply it after loose powder.)

🤍 Finish with a setting spray to help melt the powder into the skin and bring back hydration.
