Don’t let family, friends, neighbors or church folks who live a life of flesh or anyone else take your oil.
Protect the anointing God has placed on your life. Too many people chase their own selfish desires and the pleasures of the flesh until everything falls apart. Then they come looking for your oil the same oil they once ignored while rejecting the wisdom, counsel, and truth God gave you to share.
I’ve often asked God, “Why do people choose to learn everything the hard way? After surviving such a hard life already, why reject the true life You freely offer? Why keep choosing the flesh over Your Spirit?”
The answer is found in Scripture: the flesh and the Spirit are at war. God will never force anyone to surrender. Every person must make the decision to deny themselves, take up their cross, and follow Christ.
Guard your oil. Stay full of the Holy Spirit. Keep your lamp burning. You cannot pour into everyone if you are empty yourself.
“Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life. Proverbs 4:23

How much does family really mean to us? How much does God truly mean to us?

We were sent to this earth with an assignment from God. Our responsibility is to fulfill the purpose for which He created us. But if we fail to complete that assignment, then what? Have we spent our lives entertaining the enemy instead of advancing the Kingdom of God? Have we neglected the work God called us to do and the people He entrusted to our care?

We must fight to remain faithful and endure to the end. Our greatest success is not found in money, titles, possessions, or popularity it is found in Christ alone.

The reality is that every one of us is living on a clock we cannot see. None of us knows the day or hour when we will stand before God. The question is: If you stood before Him today, would you be ready?

Or do you need more time to get back on track, to surrender your heart fully to God, and to wage war against the flesh that so easily ensnares us? The Bible warns that when we continually yield to the flesh, we open doors for the enemy to gain influence in our lives.

Today is the day to repent, refocus, and recommit yourself to Christ. Tomorrow is not promised. Let us live intentionally, love our families deeply, serve God wholeheartedly, and finish the assignment He has given us.

And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men. Colossians 3:23
