This property had a mix of issues — aging smoke detectors, exterior rot, plumbing leaks, and small details that could delay inspections or final walkthroughs.

Here’s what was completed:

✔ Replaced 5 outdated smoke detectors with new units
✔ Repaired rotted exterior trim and sealed vulnerable areas
✔ Installed a new kitchen faucet to eliminate leaks
✔ Added a decorative spacer and seal at the bathtub spout
✔ Handled additional punch-list items to ensure move-in readiness

This was my third time working at this home, and the result was a smooth closing and happy buyers, sellers, and Realtor.
