Did you know the idea behind our Coke Float Pie comes from one of America’s classic dessert traditions, the ice cream float? Born in the soda fountain era, floats became a favorite because they combined the refreshing taste of soda with the creamy sweetness of ice cream. Nearly 20 years ago, we took that nostalgic flavor and created our own twist. A pie that tastes like a Coke float in every bite 👀🥤

Did you know the origins of provolone cheese trace back to Southern Italy in the 1800s? Originally developed as a larger, aged version of traditional stretched-curd cheeses, provolone became popular for its smooth melt and rich flavor. Italian immigrants brought it to America in the late 1800s to early 1900s, where it became a staple on sandwiches, cheesesteaks, and deli classics. It's still one of the best sandwich cheeses around today. Come by this weekend and try it on our Godfather.
