Our monthly vegan dining experiences at The Meat and Cheese Show have become among my favorite monthly dinners ro cook. It's especially fun when there's so much fresh and amazing things available at Tulsa Farmers' Market. Here's dishes from our last vegan dinner with everything from the market that morning. We got our loot, then figured our the menu, and had some fun!

Due to some shipping issues, we've had to move Cheese 101 Happy Hour to next Tuesday the 16th. Same deal, Dinner and a Show (class)! We'll start with fun food with ingredients found at Tulsa Farmers' Market and enjoy some bubbles, then The Cheese W***h will enthusiastically walk you through many cheeses and pairings.
