Write to the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) to persuade them to impose reasonable and enforceable conditions on the new joint venture (JV) between Providence and for-profit home health provider, Compassus. Among many concerns, the OHA's recent proposed order threatens the quality care that our patients deserve by allowing rapid service area and clinician cuts.
