Today, our office and field teams gathered to celebrate the retirement of Warehouse Manager Marty Bursell.🎉

The doors are open at the Santiam Industrial Center in Stayton, Oregon.

Perlo co-hosted the Open House with Industrial Realty Group, LLC and Capacity Commercial Group, celebrating the transformation of this historic property into a flexible, modern industrial hub. Brokers and community members toured the revitalized 550,000 SF site and explored its upgraded amenities, from heavy power and rail service to expansive yard space, food production improvements, and more. Guests also had the chance to see original signage from the site’s past life, offering a unique glimpse into its history, and preview areas slated for future construction that sparked meaningful conversations about upcoming tenant opportunities.

Once home to the NORPAC plant and generations of local workers, the site is entering a new era with six tenants already signed and four additional spaces now available. A huge thank you to IRG for trusting us to help bring this building back to life.
