☀️ Triple digits are forecasted ALL week! Whether you’re a student, a volunteer, or a staff, Calabria is here to remind everyone of things to do to make sure you’re feeling your best at the barn:
💧 Stay hydrated! Make sure you’re keeping up with fluids the days before your lesson AND while you’re here. Water is available at the barn by the helmet cabinet.
🥪 Come having eaten. Being active with your horse, even on the ground and even in the shade, may be more work than it seems. Make sure your body has the fuel it needs!
