Don’t worry, he’s moving on to another La Marzocco machine, so the coffee will continue to flow 😮‍💨

This machine, on top of being well built from the start, has been extremely well maintained, serviced and has created some of the best coffee beverages for family & friends to enjoy! So, Gustavo would love for this machine to find its way to a new home/fellow coffee enthusiast 🙏🏽☕️

Okay, now for the fun tech stuff..

Upgraded to have the La Marzocco IOT connected control board for La Marzocco App connectivity. The LM app allows you to set a daily on/off schedule, run auto backflushing, set pre-brew/pre-infusion, set/see coffee boiler temp, turn on/off steam boiler, set machine to plumb-in mode, and see your shot timer.

Just had a FULL service maintenance to freshen up all valves, water sensor, updated vacuum valve, pressure calibrations, group head parts and electronics software updates.

This is a dual boiler, PID machine coming with a dual spout portafilter, blind basket, 17g & 14g brewing baskets, La Marzocco milk pitcher and steel tamper, extra shower screen and group gasket. This machine can be used with its water reservoir or plumbed directly to a water supply. (Plumb kit and service to install sold separately.)

We recently had the opportunity to help the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital get its café up and running! They were looking to offer some warm coffee comforts to their visitors.

Coffee Physics was able to help match them with a .usa espresso machine to fit their needs. We worked with their café build staff to ensure the installation would go as smoothly as possible. Once the machine and grinder were set up, our service manager/trainer Felipe came by to provide barista training for the café staff.

We love knowing that after such a solid café build, installation, and training; the Snoqualmie Valley Hospital will now be able to provide comforting beverages and barista connections for years to come!
