Ellen Duperret knows what it feels like to spend life behind the camera. As a portrait photographer, she has spent years helping others be seen — but through the 50 Over 50 Experience, she stepped into the frame herself.

Her husband wanted one of Ellen’s portraits displayed in their family room, while she plans to share the smaller ones with her parents and best friend—turning the experience into something meaningful for both herself and the people she loves.
