HAPPY PRIDE! June is, of course, National Pride Month, and while Tucson has held a variety of great LGBTQ+ & Pride-focused events that traditionally land in the fall, we thought this would be a great time to revisit the amazing work of CFSA’s LGBTQ+ Alliance Fund, which has provided more than $1.4 million dollars in grants to nonprofits in support of Southern Arizona LGBTQ+ programs and initiatives since 1999!

Last week, our Meet the Candidates forum brought together Arizona Legislative candidates from both sides of the aisle in LD17 and LD20 to meet voters and discuss the issues face-to-face in an informal, nonpartisan manner, with help from our friends Becky Pallack (AZ Luminaria) and Caitlin Schmidt (Tucson Spotlight), along with CFSA President & CEO Jenny Flynn and Danyelle Khmara, Regional Lead for Press Forward Southern Arizona.

Happy 4th Workiversary to our Campus Manager par excellence, Kjersten Erickson! Kjersten wears many hats while tending to the needs of nonprofit tenants, juggling scheduled events, and other daily functions of our beloved CF Campus, always doing so with extraordinary compassion, an impressive eye for detail, and in consummate professional style.
