Object Lesson: The Youth class tonight was given the opportunity to brush their teeth for one minute with peanut butter and win a prize, or with Butter Flavored Crisco for one minute and win two prizes. Darian opted for peanut butter. He won all the prizes. I tell you it was a bit terrifying for a moment. Thought I was gonna get jumped for not following my own rules. Darian was given grace and they wanted justice! Aren't we glad that God is Just, Merciful and extends Grace...never going back on His Word! Yes, I gave them their prizes and we learned to be more like King David, accepting God's correction and not thinking we are above it. Micah 6:8 :D
