Looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career with a growing roofing company and earn uncapped commissions.

Commission Structure:
- 8% on monthly sales up to $50k
- 10% on monthly sales from $50k–$100k
- 12% on monthly sales over $100,000+

Paid 50% at contract signing and 50% upon project completion.

A. Bert Contracting LLC is looking for a Project Manager to run roofing jobs and keep production moving.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage multiple roofing projects (shingle, tile, flat/TPO)
• Coordinate and schedule crews
• Perform site walks and inspections
• Quality control on all jobs
• Keep projects on schedule and on track

• Roofing/construction experience REQUIRED
• Must be able to manage crews and job flow
• Reliable transportation
• Organized and dependable
