Some of my recent power achievements show my new max power 723 and I’m sure it’ll be 800. Even 900 or 1000 someday with continued training.

I can teach anyone how to do this. It’s part of the Shaolin and Tai Ji Chuan systems to learn how to move with max power!

So many years back, I posted a video of myself doing two hours of Zhan Zhuang without interruption. 

This was a record accomplishment and I plan to do it again this time recording the video Direct so I can save it on a hard drive and upload it to another locations. 

When I’m on my personal wealth promotiNico Crypto Guillermobusiness, that you can see here, I can see it and my friends can but when I shared it from this profile, it’s not viewable for some reason, even though I am quite sure I made it public.  Facebook is playing games.

It’s OK because once I get to 100 friends to post live, I’m going to start recording regularly until I can beat my old record. You may find it and others by searching together.

Oakland, before it went downhill. It was beautiful by the lake. I would practice at the old veterans center on this huge concrete foyer no one ever walked through.
