Bottled DeboRye this afternoon, if I get Little Joe bottled next weekend I’ll have my Christmas weekend beer lineup.

Racked Little Joe onto some Amarillo & Simcoe so I can maybe bottle next weekend.

Bottled a very cloudy Berry Hopicidal this morning, a little extra Hop pieces slowing down the bottling at the end so I was forced to drink the bottom of the bottling bucket. Very delicious, but I don’t get a lot of the BlackBerry flavor.

Racked DeboRye onto some Centennial and a vanilla bean.

Picked a few hops, picture doesn’t do justice, the fingers are sticky yellow with lupulin glands. So much oils in the hops it’s a pain to get the fingers unsticky.

Introduced a batch of Little Joe to some yeast & packed the top shelf in the brewer.

Berry Hopicidal is berry, berry cloudy. Just racked it onto some hops & was hoping to bottle next weekend, but it might not clear up enough by then.
