Meet Kelly Leanos and Natalie Fernandez:

🎤 Kelly Leanos, a respected commercial real estate leader and 2026 CREW Network Global Board Member, is known for her authentic leadership and commitment to elevating teams. Formerly President of CREW East Bay, she also founded Deacon Construction’s Women’s Resource Group, creating platforms that foster mentorship and leadership development for women. Her impactful work on the 2025 CREW Network Industry Research Committee helps shape global research that influences policy and practice for women in commercial real estate.

🎤 Natalie Fernandez is Partner and President of Meridian Wealth Management West, a nationally recognized boutique firm where she serves as a trusted fiduciary for clients using customized wealth management solutions. With nearly 30 years of experience, she blends strategic investment planning with guidance in building personal advisory "Boards." A recognized leader in financial education, Natalie is actively engaged in the Tucson community, serving on multiple boards and advocating for financial empowerment through multiple avenues.
