We hold on, hold up, hold out, and hold back. When we let go of this holding, you open the door to who you really are. You are more amazing than you can even imagine. Letting go is not simple, but here is a way to begin. Take a deep breath, hold it for a moment, and then let it go with a deep sigh. Repeat. You just begin by letting go of holding your breath and you will begin to shift.
