Class description:
🌼 Did you know that there is an art to bleeding? And like with any good art practice there is creativity, magic, and discovery at hand!

Unfortunately so much of our experience and story around our menstrual cycles falls in the category of pain and distress... like how we were first introduced to it, what our culture teaches about it, and the lack of resources available to us. These things would have us believing that our cycles are anything BUT a practice of art and magic!

In this class I will share 5 powerful tips to get you on your way to practicing the art of bleeding. These tips are effective ways to find relief from menstrual cramping, mood swings, and emotional distress. We will discuss some useful plants as well as practices that can support you in developing a richer and more empowered way to bleed! This class will give you practical and useful skills you can play with and make your own to enrich your own practice of bleeding.

This Class will be recorded, so if you are unable to attend in person the link we be shared with you after class.
