IMT is thrilled to welcome back our dear friend Howard Cohn for a non-residential weekend retreat in early May.

On this retreat, we will practice the two most important ways to meet our life peacefully: with wisdom and love. Using the time-tested practices of Vipassana and Mettā (loving kindness) Meditation, we can strengthen our minds and soften our hearts, allowing us to more peacefully navigate this wondrous, and sometimes frustrating, world.

The day will consist of sitting and walking meditation, Q&A, and Dharma teaching. This retreat is open to both new and experienced practitioners. All are welcome.

Saturday, May 2nd — 9:30am - 4:30pm
Sunday, May 3rd — 9:30am - 3:00pm

At San Pedro Chapel in Tucson (In-person)

For full details, see link in bio.  Registration required.
