Always a good idea to read labels. There are thousands of chemicals that are used in the US that are banned in Europe. My belief is that it's not just one thing that creates cancer and other illness- it's not just not eating right, but rather not eating right and a genetic predisposition or not eating right and not exercising or not exercising and not sleeping well and emotional imbalance, etc. In Chinese medicine there are the 4 pillars of health- proper nutrition, proper rest, proper emotions, proper activity. When these four things are in balance (not too much, not too little and at the right timing) then health generally follows.
