💐June’s Menu of the Month has arrived! Beginning tomorrow:

Appetizer: Grilled Street Corn Dip, made with corn, onions, bell peppers, cream cheese, queso fresco, and Tajín

Entrée: Cochinita Pibil, slow-cooked pork marinated in achiote, citrus juices, and house spices, served with cilantro-lime rice and refried beans

Dessert: Carlota de Limón, a traditional Mexican lime icebox cake layered with Maria cookies and creamy lime filling

Cocktail: Strawberry Mexican Mule, made with tequila, fresh lime juice, ginger beer, a Tajín rim, and dehydrated fruit garnish
