This 10-week business course was a game-changer—teaching marketing, raising capital, branding, business planning, and so much more. But the best part? The amazing friendships, mentors, and connections made along the way. It was so empowering to be in a space where we genuinely wanted to see each other win—and we still do! ❤️‍🔥

🎉 JOIN US TOMORROW, Saturday, February 17th, the SydShakes & Healthy Hot Girl team are honored to be presenting for TWO sessions at The Pima County Health Department’s annual Black & Brown Health Fair! 😍🫶🏽

We are ecstatic for this opportunity to demonstrate LIVE how to make simple, delicious and nutritious protein shakes that YOU can make right at your home. Anyone who attends the event will be going home with recipe cards of the shakes we make day-of and we will also be giving out FREE samples of each flavor on-site! 🥤

We will also be talking about our story of how we got started, why we are so passionate about health, and will be educating on how YOU can heal the body and prevent chronic illnesses through nutrition and wellness practices.

Our first session will be from 10:30am-11:15am and again at 11:30am-12:15pm at the Small Kitchen Area at the Donna Liggins Recreation Center 📍2160 N. 6th Ave in Tucson AZ ☺️

We will also be announcing some new offerings and new exciting things we have coming in the very near future! 😍💚

Additionally, there will be other incredible health resources and education sessions going on at the same time along with live music and delicious food by 👩🏽‍🍳
